    The property market has been up and down like a yo-yo on steroids this last three years – Brexit, elections, Covid….

    Whats’ your view on house prices in the coming 12/24/36 months? Up, down? And why do you think so?

    Prices may stabilize or see moderate growth in the short term (12 months).
    And For Long term (24-36 months) is more uncertain, depending on global economic trends and interest rates.
